shènzhōng-zhuīyuǎn

[carefully attend the funeral rites of parents and follow them when gone with due sacrifices] 终: 指父母丧。 远: 指祖先。 谓居父母丧要尽礼节。 祭祀要尽虔诚。 《论语·学而》: "曾子曰: '慎终追远, 民德归厚矣。 '"
